Americans say Trump has done more to raise prices than lower them by 2-to-1: New poll

2+ hour, 49+ min ago (595+ words) A new poll found that more Americans are unhappy with President Donald Trump's stances on the economy and cost of living, with almost twice as many saying the president has helped raise prices rather than lowering them. In a Yahoo/YouGov poll conducted Nov. 21-24, 49% of respondents said Trump's actions since taking office for his second term in January have raised prices instead of cutting them. That's a nearly two-to-one ratio to the 24% who said he's done more to lower costs. The survey also found more Americans (38%) now blame Trump more for inflation than his predecessor, former President'Joe Biden (31%), despite the now-president campaigning on the economy during his successful 2024 presidential bid. 17+ hour, 23+ min ago (440+ words) One of college football's biggest and most intense rivalries " one that bitterly divides a football-obsessed state and once compelled a man to poison oak trees " will add a new chapter to its storied history this weekend. Building Inspections Enter Performance Era As LEED v5 Tightens Evidence Rules

21+ hour, 20+ min ago (902+ words) Burlington, Massachusetts / Syndication Cloud / November 24, 2025 / Alpha Software When inspection data integrates with ERP, CMMS, and project tools, stakeholders see the current status, which supports faster issue resolution and coordination. Shorter punch'list cycles, fewer re'inspections, and faster handoffs to subcontractors are common outcomes. LEED v5 places more weight on outcomes across energy, materials, and waste. Digital inspections support two needs: First, paperless workflows reduce printed forms and improve controlled sharing for owners, commissioning agents, and regulators. Second, inspection apps can connect to systems that monitor material use, waste, and energy. These integrations support documentation for credits related to materials transparency and operational performance, and can streamline processes such as energy assessments (e.g., HERS" (Home Energy Rating System), where applicable). UNEP Sector reports continue to highlight the demand for verifiable data and emissions accountability. As performance'data requirements expand, deployment speed and scalability matter. No'code…...
